As founder of EYS, Sheila brings 38 years of yachting experience; 12 years supplying interior products and providing luxury cleaning consultation, 8 years in interior training and creating surface manuals and 4 years of developing online training courses with certified experts such as Majella Harris.
Michelle Spiller adds 18 years of successful onboard experience in the industry. She is happy to share with us her knowledge and tremendous eye for detail. Together with the support of the EYS team, our fully comprehensive courses help you achieve true excellence and job satisfaction.
